2. Select Savings from the menu.  
3. Select Statements and reports.
4. Select Tax receipts. Tax receipts will be listed by taxation year (e.g., January-February 2026 receipt will be listed under 2025 taxation year).
   

If you’re using the My Canada Life At Work mobile app, it’s a similar journey:

1. Sign into the app. 
2. Select Savings from navigation bar. 
3. Select Statements and reports. 
4. Select Tax receipts.

2. Select Documents found in the navigation bar. 
3. Select the Tax documents tile. 
4. If your policy generated a tax slip or tax receipt, it will be available on this page to download and print. You can find forms like your RRSP contribution receipt, T5, NR4 or RL forms.
