We’re aware of individuals impersonating Canada Life representatives. They also may be using the name London Life. 

These individuals are calling members of the public about Canada Life insurance policies that allegedly belonged to recently deceased relatives, and are asking that people send money or gift cards to facilitate claim payments. 

Please be aware that this is fraudulent activity.  We’ll never request payment or compensation in any form to facilitate claim payments for any of our products. If you receive a call from someone that you suspect to be falsely representing Canada Life, don’t provide any personal, financial, or banking information, and don’t respond to any requests for payment or compensation in any form. 

If you receive a call that you suspect is fraudulent, please contact our Corporate Investigations team immediately to report it.
