The Fund will invest in fixed income securities (including corporate bonds, preferred shares, high-yield debt, loans, convertible debt and guaranteed mortgages). The fund primarily invests in a range of Canadian securities and may also invest in foreign securities. The fund will also invest in broad range of companies and is not restricted by capitalization or industry sector, although portfolio diversification is a consideration in the selection of securities of the fund.
