Are you away from home and need help during a medical emergency?

If you have coverage under a Canada Life plan, call us 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world if you need assistance during a medical emergency. If your Travel Assistance card contains a different contact number, you can also call that number for assistance.

They're your identifiers for your health benefits that you get through your employer, and you’ll need to know these before you call. Your plan number is usually up to 6 digits and is entirely numerical. Your member ID is up to 10 characters and can include letters.
