Canada Life Investment Management Ltd. announces proposed mutual fund mergers to certain mutual funds

London, ON, February 13, 2026 – Canada Life Investment Management Ltd. (CLIML) today announced a series of mutual fund mergers effective on or about April 24, 2026 (the “Proposed Mergers”), subject to unitholder approval. The Proposed Mergers are designed to streamline the fund lineups for advisors and their clients. All Proposed Mergers will be done on a tax-deferred basis.

The Independent Review Committee of each of the funds provided a positive recommendation that each Proposed Merger, if implemented, would achieve a fair and reasonable result for the funds.

Special meetings will be held on or about April 10, 2026, where unitholders will be asked to approve the Proposed Mergers. A notice-and-access letter and form of proxy will be mailed on or about March 9, 2026 to all investors of record as of February 25, 2026.
