Winnipeg, MB, November 19, 2021. . . Canada Life is contributing $25,000 to the Canadian Red Cross in support of those affected by the extreme flooding and severe weather in British Columbia. The contribution will provide support and emergency relief efforts to the communities in need.
“Our thoughts are with the families, employees, and communities affected by the extreme weather and catastrophic flooding,” said Jeff Macoun, President and Chief Operating Officer, Canada, at Canada Life. “By working through the Red Cross, we’re able to immediately help those who need it most in British Columbia – not just today, but also on the path to recovery."

Donations to the Canadian Red Cross will provide immediate support services such as temporary lodging, food vouchers, cots, blankets, clothing and personal hygiene items.
